Teresa is the Director of Engagement and leads project and account management for EIS. Teresa has over 14 years of experience in consulting, project and account management specializing in software and systems implementations. She has led strategic planning and marketing through effective use of management tools.
Teresa has 95% success rate in driving the project development cycle from inception to launch. She holds an MBA as well as a certificate in Project Management from Keller Graduate School. Teresa is extremely skilled in identifying opportunities for additional avenues for market share gain, presenting ideas and collaborating with stakeholders.
