Description
Small business with a 40 year history as a first class applied research and development firm seeks a laboratory technician that holds an active security clearance and who has mechanical aptitude and appropriate hands on skill sets that can assist in prototype assembly and fabrication.

Requirements
Experience working with equipment in a laboratory, testing, manufacturing and/or maintenance environment is required. Technician will set up standard test/measurement apparatus and conduct tests, inspections, and demonstrations of experimental, prototype, and deliverable hardware. Technician will record test data following defined methods and presents data in prescribed form. Applicant must be capable of lifting and bending (50 pound limit), and must be able to use a respirator. Computer skills in MS Windows and Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point) are a plus.
